The Community Employment Office, in cooperation with the Western New York Employment Consortium, is an alliance of public and voluntary agencies working together to promote integrated employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the Niagara and Western New York region.

Goals of the CEO

Increase the number of integrated employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the Buffalo-Niagara and Western
    New York regions.

Increase the number and variety of employers who hire individuals with disabilities.

Reduce duplication of employer contacts via the sharing of job leads among job developers and agency personnel.
