Transition WORKS is one of several Social Security funded projects to research various aspects of the transition from school to work and benefits to increased independence and self sufficiency. The project goals are to determine the appropriate amount of services an individual needs to receive to be able to effectively transition to adult services with the least amount of support that is appropriate. There will be approximately400 students enrolled in the project from schools in the city of Buffalo and surrounding school districts.   

Ticket to Work, We have formed an Employment Network (EN) that can provide employment services for individuals with disabilities who are in the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency Program
